NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING ELMO TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE: is hereby given that the Elmo Town Council will meet in their regular public session on 11 July 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Elmo Town Hall, Elmo, Utah. The Agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Citizen Concerns 3. Tab's Lawn Care - Bid on Cemetery Sprinkler System 4. Ward Landscaping - Bid on Cemetery Sprinkler System 5. Town Employee Report 6. Animal Control Officer Report 7. Dog Licensing fee changed to $15 w/o rabies 8. Problems at the Cemetery -followup on loose headstones 9. Grand Marshall for Emery County Parade 10. Water Conservation 11. Mrs. Golden's concern on fireworks and elm trees 12. Followup on Approved projects - Grass at Park - Kitchen at Town Hall, Etc. 13. Complaint Received from Josh Fielder - follow up 14. Town Truck - Registration - followup 15. Board Member Reports/Concerns 16. Review of Past Due Water Bills - 17. Delena's Items -Approval of Minutes and Bills, Review Monthly Financial Statements 18. Executive Session - if needed Any other business that may regularly come before the Council.
