- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDMA Work Session and Meeting on the 9th day of July 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - No Minutes to be approved at this time. 2. New Business - Tom & Traci Summers - Business License 3. Other Business - Brent Godfrey - Discussion on New road development and future improvements - Wayne Cooper - Discussion - Councilmember Nichole Sparks - Training 4.
