- TOWN of PORTAGE Planning and Zoning July 10, 2018 Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Tuesday July 10, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. The Portage Town Council will be in attendance during this meeting. This meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve minutes from June 6, 2018 Planning and Zoning meeting. 2.Richard Poppe - Building permit request and approval for replacement of white barn at 9190 W 25800 N. 3.Richard Poppe - Discussion and decisions about his plan to subdivide his property (4.47 acres) at 25685 N 9000 W into two lots. 4.Ben Johnston (Johnston Engineering) - present to discuss and clarify state law, our roads and how he is surveying Portage. 5.Zac Covington and associates ( Bear River Association of Governments)- Will be present to discuss the revised draft of the Master plan. 6.Discussion and decisions regarding mapping, graphing and text of Master plan update.
