- PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Tooele City Planning Commission will meet in a business meeting scheduled for Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the hour of 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Tooele City Hall in the City Council Chambers, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. Agenda Items 1. Pledge of Allegiance 2. Roll Call 3. Recommendation on the Preliminary Subdivision Plan for the Copper Canyon PUD Subdivision, Phase 6, a 33-lot residential subdivision on 8.78 acres located at approximately 500 West Tooele Boulevard. 4. Recommendation on the Final Subdivision Plat for the Castagno Place Subdivision, a 23-lot residential subdivision on 7.54 acres located at approximately 1150 North 640 East. 5. Recommendation on the Final Subdivision Plat for the Vowles Estates Minor Subdivision, a 7-lot residential subdivision on 7.69 acres located at approximately 850 West 200 South. 6. Review and Approval of Planning Commission minutes for meeting held June 27, 2018. 7. Adjourn Pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify Jim Bolser, Tooele City Community Development Department Director prior to the meeting at (435) 843-2132 or TDD (435) 843-2108.
