MEETING AGENDA
CALL TO ORDER / PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
1. CONSENT AGENDA
The Consent portion of the Agenda is a means of expediting routine matters that must be acted on by the Council. All items approved will be done by one undebatable motion passed unanimously. Any item may be removed for debate on request of any Council member. Items removed from the Consent portion become the first item of business of the regular agenda.
1.1 Minutes of meeting: Draft Minutes June 25, 2018
1.2 Business Licenses: Brian Kapaloski; Brandon Bertagnole; Ron Campbell; Harriet Dickerson;
1.3 Expenditures: $99.00 LR Communications;
1.4 Correspondence: Request for mediation with Utah Ombudsman and Thompson Davis; GRAMA request from Thompson Davis;
2. PUBLIC COMMENT: Limited to 5 minutes per individual or group spokesperson
Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters that are not listed on the meeting agenda. The Council cannot discuss or take legal action on any matters during the Public Comment, unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. Council members may respond to those who have addressed the Council or may ask that a matter be put on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded.
3. OLD BUSINESS
3.1 Garbage / Waste Ordinance - Review
3.2 PCIF Projects - HWY 191 Sewer line project- CIB/PCIF Presentation to board July 5th
3.3 Hwy 191 Widening- Construction begins Aug 1st expected to go through September
4. NEW BUSINESS
4.1 CIVCO Qualification - Discussion and possible action to accept and approve CIVCO for UDOT / DJ Sewer Line project.
4.2 UELS Qualification- Discussion and possible action to accept and approve UELS for various survey and engineering work within the Town
4.3 Planning and Zoning Ordinance -Discussion and possible action to enact Ordinance 2018-02 to set procedures and by-laws for the Dutch John Planning and Zoning commission.
4.4 Garbage / Waste Ordinance - Discussion and possible action to enact ordinance 2018-01 Dutch John Garbage / Waste Disposal Ordinance.
4.5 Land Use Ordinance - Discussion and possible action -Recommendation from Planning and Zoning to enact a Temporary Land Use Ordinance putting a moratorium on all subdivisions, building and construction in certain areas until all ordinances, plans and issues are completed or resolved.

Town Council may modify the agenda order, if necessary. This agenda may be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
