Description/Agenda

The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Opening Ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meeting 6. Beginning at 6:05 p.m. conduct the following hearings: a. Receive public input, then consider for approval a request from Art Smith for a conditional use for a Level 2 'Home Occupation' to operate a Sales and Marketing business out of his home at 430 South Center. b. Receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Ray Larson from Tsunami Club Soccer for a conditional use for the use of city property at approximately 600 South 200 East. Proposed use of said property owned by Wellsville City is for a soccer field. Tax Id #10-030-0009. 7. Andrew Stokes-Present the final plan for the Stokes Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) from 200 West to 300 West on 200 South. 8. Sterling Ridge Homeowners-Continue discussion of the 6-foot screening area located in the Sterling Ridge Subdivision and fencing requirement along 1600 South. 9. Other zoning matters.
