DISCUSS AND MAKE RECOMMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON ORDINANCE NO. 2018-07-18-A, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN TO INCLUDE THE DESIGNATION REGARDING MODERATE INCOME HOUSING 4. PUBLIC HEARING ON A MINOR LOT SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS HANSEN 7. DISCUSS AND MAKE RECOMMENDATION TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON RESOLUTION NO 2018-08-18 A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF THE MINOR LOT SUBDIVISION FOR THOMAS HANSEN 8. PUBLIC COMMENTS 9.
