The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 19th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. The purpose of the hearing is to review a conditional use permit application for an accessory apartment above a garage at 352 Aspen Road, Francis, UT.
