Notice of the Regular Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, July 10, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m. for review of the agenda items. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AND INVOCATION PUBLIC HEARING 1. ANGEL CROSSING ESTATES SUBDIVISION PHASE 6 AMENDMENT The applicants, Bret and Dana Peterson, are requesting to amend a portion of the Angel Crossing Estates Subdivision Phase 6 located at approximately 200 South 1125 West in the R-1-10 (Single Family Residential) zoning district. 2. TANGLEWOOD AMENDED PLAT A The applicants, Melvin Kemp and William Haberstock, are requesting to amend a portion of the Tanglewood Subdivision located at approximately 25 North 3175 East in the R-S PRUD (Residential Suburban w/Planned Residential Unit Overlay) zoning district.
