Conditional Use Approval for a Monopole at approximately 4650 W 700 South - Kristeen Schumacher, representative for Salt Lake City Public Utilities, has applied for a Conditional Use to install a 65-foot monopole at the above listed property. This property is located in the M -1 (Light Manufacturing) zoning district. Monopoles over 60 feet in height are allowed as a conditional use in this district.
