PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, July 19, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A. Public Utility Easement Vacation. Consider vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at the rear of Lot 122, The Cliffs of Snow Canyon Plat C. B. Public Utility Easement Vacation. Consider vacating a public utility and drainage easement located at the rear of Lot 159, The Cliffs of Snow Canyon Plat J. C. Zone Change from R-1-10 (Single Family Residential 10,000 sq. ft. lot size) to A-P (Administrative Professional) on approximately 6.91 acres located east of Meadow Creek Estates near River Road and north of 900 South Street. D. Zone change amendment to the Green Valley Planned Development for a townhome project on approximately 3.06 acres located south of Green Valley Spa, east of Estancia, and north of Trendwest. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
