Roll Call 3. Mayor, Council, and Department Reports 4. Council Member Brunner: a. Spencer & Rayner Home Business/Caribou Dream Builders, 475 S. Main, Approval/Denial b. Ireita Nielson, New Home at 350 North 400 East, Approval/Denial c. George Kenzy: Report on Buildable Lots & Annexation d. Recommendations from Planning & Zoning i. Strictly and uniformly enforce City Code 8-3-2-A/Resident Requirement to hook up to the city sewer system. ii. Council to direct P&Z in the identification of property owned by the City that could generate income. Approval/Denial e. Road Closures for the Bluegrass Festival, Approval/Denial f. Road Closure for the Pioneer Street Dance on July 20th, Approval/Denial 5. Council Member Sorensen: a. Resolution 2018-08, Water Fee Schedule, Approval/Denial b. Delinquent Accounts Exceptions, Approval/Denial 8. Public Comments: Please Limit to Three Minutes Each 9. Approval of Minutes: June 7, 2018, and June 14, 2018, Approval/Denial 10. Payment of Bills, Approval/Denial 11.
