The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 10th day of July, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Community Center Town Hall, 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah.
If you are recognized by the Chairperson to be heard during any Town of Rockville public meeting, we ask that you come to the podium to speak to enable an accurate recording of your remarks.
The agenda will be as follows:
1. Call to order - roll call.
2. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item.
3. Discussion on a four (4 conceptual plans for parcels R-158 and R-162, a total of 15.3 acres - Zion Lovinger.
4. Discussion and action on a building permit application by Zion Red Rock Retreat LLC for 'The Oasis' located at 955 W. Grafton Road - Justin Mabey.
5. Discussion and action on a building permit application by Zion Red Rock Retreat LLC for 'Kinesava' located at 985 W Main Street - Justin Mabey.
6. Approval of the minutes of the March 13, 2018 Public Hearing and Regular meeting.
7. Approval of the minutes of the April 10, 2018 Work meeting.
8. Approval of the minutes of the April 24, 2018 Public Hearing and Regular meeting.
9. Approval of the minutes of the June 12, 2018 Work meeting.
10. Planning Commission Administrative Business.
11. Adjourn.
