NOTICE OF ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT AMENDMENT, PROJECT MASTER PLAN, AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT HEARING FARMINGTON CITY Notice is hereby given, that on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as business permits, at the Farmington City Hall, 160 South Main Street, the Farmington City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to consider a request from Ken Stuart of Stay Farmington for approval of Project Master Plan, Development Agreement, Schematic Subdivision Plan, and Zoning Ordinance Amendment of the Regulating Plan for approximately 9 acres of property located at between Haight's Creek, Shepard Lane, the D&RG Trail and I-15 in an OMU (Office Mixed Use) zone. (PMP-4-17, S-18-18, and ZT-4-18) The public is invited to attend the hearing and give written or oral comments.
