Main St., Ivins, UT, on Monday, July2, 2018. The meeting will begin at 5:00 P.M. Note: The order of items discussed on this agenda is subject to change 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Flag Salute C. Invocation D. Disclosures 2) REPORTS, PRESENTATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS A. Concept Report for Sage Cove, located at approximately Fitness Way and Earl Road. Development Solutions Group-Applicant. Quality Development, LLC-Owner B. Department Reports: Parks and Recreation and Public Safety 3) CITIZEN COMMENT & REQUEST FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS Any person wishing to bring an item not otherwise on the Agenda to the attention of the Mayor and City Council may address the City Council at this point by stepping to the microphone and giving his or her name and address for the record. Speaker forms should be filled out in advance and given to the City Recorder. Remarks should be limited to no more than two minutes, unless the Governing Body allocates additional time. Discuss and consider approval of bid package for the sale of approximately 16 acres located at approximately 700 East Center Street C. Discuss and consider approval of updated Storm Drain rates D. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2018-20R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, adopting an Ivins City Investment Policy E. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2018-21R, a Resolution of Ivins City, Utah, adopting the Utah Government Retention Schedules as Ivins City's Records Retention Schedule 6) CONSENT AGENDA A.
