Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Wellsville City Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing as part of its regular scheduled meeting Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at the City Office at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said hearing shall begin at 6:05 p.m. The Commission shall receive public input, then consider for possible approval a request from Ray Larson from Tsunami Club Soccer for a conditional use for the use of City Property at approximately 600 South 200 East. Property use if said property owned by Wellsville City is for a soccer field Tax Id #10-030-0009.
