Public Notice
The Town of Mantua Council will be holding a Public Hearing for the following items:
The Preliminary Plat Plan for Chase Smith's Lucky Oak Subdivision located on the
West side of Willard Peak Road. The subdivision will consist of 5-5 acre lots.
The Town of Mantua, located in Box Elder County, Utah, serving development within the Town's current boundaries intend to adopt a Proposed Park Impact Fee Analysis. This Analysis will be available for public inspection at the hearing.
The Public Hearing will be held on July 19, 2018 at 6:00 pm at Town Hall, 409 North Main Street, Mantua Utah.
