Description/Agenda: MILLVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The MILLVILLE CITY tax on a $255,111 residence would increase from $77.17 to $96.09, which is $18.92 per year. - The MILLVILLE CITY tax on a $255,111 business would increase from $140.31 to $174.70, which is $34.39 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, MILLVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 24.42% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase. PUBLIC HEARING Date/Time: 8/9/2018 7:15 p.m. Location: Millville City Office 510 E. 300 S.
