Description/Agenda

Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday July 18, 2018 at approx. 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Millcreek Planning Commission during a regular meeting: CU-18-010 Chad Manning is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a 9-unit rental multifamily development at 3252 South Melbourne Street. There will be an Open House at the Millcreek City Hall on Tuesday, July 10th 2018 from 6pm to 8pm. CU-18-011 Ensign Engineering is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for a drive-through coffee shop at 2330 East 3300 South. SD-18-005. Wes Erikson is requesting a Preliminary Plat Approval for a 2-lot Single Family Residential Subdivision at 2371 East 2880 South. ZM-18-005 Joe Johnson requests a Rezone from RM to C-2, subject to a development agreement, for the development of an 8-unit mixed use multifamily building at 2780 East 3300 South. SD-18-004 Robert Renza is requesting a Preliminary Plat Approval for a 2-lot Single Family Residential Subdivision at 3821 South Parkview Drive.
