Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 as close to 7:30 P.M. as possible, in the Holladay City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah. The purpose of the hearings are to consider proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations, regarding: 1) maximum grade alterations in residential zones; 2) clarifying Building Corridor calculation requirements; and Accessory 3) Building attachment definition Information regarding these matters is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at the Holladay City offices, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay, Utah, 84117.
