- VIRGIN TOWN PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE A Public Hearing will be held July 11, 2018 During a regularly scheduled Virgin Planning & Zoning Meeting 6:30 PM Heritage Town Square 114 S. Mill Street Virgin, Utah Ph: 435-635-4695 clerk@virgin.utah.gov To accept public input on the following items: a. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VULU CHAPTER 20 COMMERCIAL ZONE AND THE VARIOUS SUB SECTIONS FOUND WITHIN. b. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VULU CHAPTER 22 HIGHWAY RESORT ZONE AND THE VARIOUS SUB SECTIONS FOUND WITHIN. c. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING VULU CHAPTER 8 TOWN STANDARDS, CONDITIONS, AND CONDITIONAL USES AND THE VARIOUS SUB SECTIONS FOUND WITHIN. d. SUBDIVISION PARCEL NUMBER V-2139-A-1 CONCEPT PLAN/PRELIMINARY PLAT. e. CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATION. PARCEL NUMBER V-2140-A-4-A-1 f.
