- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Washington City Council will hold a PUBLIC HEARING on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 6:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter, for the purpose of the following: Consideration to approve a Zone Change request Z-18-11, from a PUD to a (PUD-R) Planned Unit Development - Residential for sunwood at Bella Vista, Phase 2. Property is located at approximately 900 East 200 South. Applicant: SJ Property Holdings LLC The proposed PUD-R application is requesting 6 Townhomes units and 49 Single Family lots, with a density of 1.54 dwelling units per acre. The single family unity will have two (2) car garages and 20 foot driveways Parking required is 12 parking stalls and 18 are being provided. Also a portion of Phase 2 is being proposed as short term rental with 42 single family homes included. Phase 1 provides ample amotoe amenities with pool area and RV/boat storage. A detailed legal description is available in the Community Development Office located in the Washington City Offices.
