- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Zachary Brodsky is requesting consideration of Preliminary Plat approval for an 87-lot subdivision located at 3845 W 4700 S. File #5S18. Kimberly Mosby is requesting consideration of Preliminary Plat approval for a two-lot subdivision located at 4490 and 4488 South Heatherglen Court. File #7S18. Steve Glezos is requesting an extension of Preliminary Plat approval for a six-lot subdivision located at 5980 S 1250 W. File #3S15. Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map amendment to rezone .23 acres located at 6363 S Timpanogos Way from R-1-8 to R-1-6. File #10Z18. Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map amendment to rezone 1.05 acres located at 1795 W 4805 S from R-1-8 to Mixed Use. File #11Z18. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
