To be published on June 30, 2018, in the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: Notice is hereby given that Draper City will hold a public hearing before the Planning Commission on July 12, 2018, to receive public comment on a request by Tim Soffe, representing Think Architecture for a Development Agreement, known as the TriView Mixed Use Development Agreement (formerly known as The Point at Lone Peak Mixed Use), for the purpose of amending certain land use regulations including building height, parking numbers, and residential density for the subject property at 12620 S Pony Express Road on approximately 15.14 acres. The hearing will be held at Draper City Hall, 1020 East Pioneer Road, on July 12, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Inquiries may contact Jennifer Jastremsky at the Draper City offices, (801) 576-6328.
