- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Planning Commission will hold its regular meeting on THURSDAY, June 28, 2018 at the Eureka Memorial Building, 263 West Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. ROLL CALL. 2. READING/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES. 3. REPORT OF OFFICERS - BOARDS - COMMITTEES. 4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS. 5. NEW BUSINESS. a. Discussion on re-wording Chapter 5, 5.2 of the Eureka City Zoning Ordinance, regarding lot area, lot depth, lot frontage, lot area per dwelling and yard requirements. b. Heather Young - Request for Sub-Division for Property on T Street. c. Mary Crank - Application for a Conditional Use Permit at 309 West Main Street. (Residential in Business Commercial Zone). c.
