- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AUGUST 16, 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, August 16, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to annex and rezone approximately 9.566 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) to 'MU' (Mixed-Use), C-TH (Condominium/Townhouse), and CP-1 (Panned Neighborhood Commercial). Additional property of approximately 1.084 acres within Layton City corporate limits is proposed to be rezoned from CP-1 (Planned Neighborhood Commercial) to MU (Mixed-Use). The property is located at approximately 1300 East 3000 North. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
