WEST VALLEY CITY CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ZONE CHANGE HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF a Study Meeting to be held in the Multi-Purpose Room on July 3, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. and a Public Hearing to be held in the Council Chambers on July 10, 2018, at 6:30 p.m. Both City Council meetings will be held at West Valley City Hall, 3600 South Constitution Boulevard, to discuss: Application #Z-2-2018, filed by Aimtec Group To amend the zoning map of West Valley City, Utah by reclassifying the following described property from C-2 (General Commercial) to RM (Multiple Unit Dwelling Residential). The property is located at 6500 South 5600 West on 8.39 acres. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and give written or oral comments. DATED this 27th day of June 2018.
