Call to Order Prayer & Pledge PUBLIC HEARING - INTENT TO AMEND COMBINED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PARKS SERVICES NOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND COMBINED IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR PARKS SERVICES AND NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING MORGAN COUNTY, UTAH NOTICE is hereby given that Morgan County intends to amend its Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis for parks and will hold a Public Hearing at 4:30 pm on July 9, 2018 in the Morgan County Courthouse, Council Chambers located at 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive input and consider approval and adoption of the amended Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Facilities Plan, which was enacted on April 27, 2017. All interested persons shall be given the opportunity to be heard. Written concerns are welcome. Copies of the Impact Fee Facilities Plan and Impact Fee Analysis are available for public review beginning June 25, 2018 on the County's website and at the Morgan County Library located at 50 N 100 W, Morgan, UT 84050. In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the County will make reasonable accommodations to participants in the hearing. Requests for assistance can be made by calling phone 801-829-6811 at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing to be attended. Robert Kilmer - Discussion/Decision - Amend, as per posted notice, parks impact fee plan to include items from appendix to page 13 of the plan Robert Kilmer - Discussion/Decision - Change Kent Smith pickle ball courts from 5-6 to 4 pickle ball courts, 1 tennis court. Add 4 pickle ball courts and 1 tennis court to Rosehill Park. Add 6 pickle ball courts to Fairgrounds.
