- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, July 12, 2018, AT 6:30 P.M. AT THE MAPLETON COMMUNITY CENTER BUILDING, 125 West Community Center Way (400 N.), Mapleton, Utah to consider: 1. Consideration of a rezone of approximately 8 acres to Residential Agricultural (RA-1) and Preliminary Plat approval for the Maple Valley Estates Plat 'A', consisting of seven lots located at approximately 1040 West 800 North. 2. Consideration of a request to amend the General Plan from Rural Residential to Low Density Residential and rezone to Residential Agricultural (RA-1) approximately 42 acres located generally at 1900 South and 2000 West. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice.
