AGENDA 4:30 p.m. Bus Tour of Agenda Sites: The Planning Commission will travel on a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited. 5:30 p.m. I. WELCOME II. APPROVAL OF MINUTES from the meeting of June 14, 2018 III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged. The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. PC 18-027 Adams Office Building [Code Amendment & Design Review Permit] Gary Blazzard/S. Craig Adams, authorized agent/owner, request an amendment to the Land Development Code (LDC) to change the maximum building height in the Commercial (COM) zone from 38' to 55' and a Design Review Permit for construction of a new 60,000 SF office building with parking and landscape improvements on 3.43 acres located at 86 West 1200 South in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-088-0006;-0008;-0009;-0030. PC 18-026 Ted's Service & Convenience - continued from June 14, 2018 - [Design Review & Conditional Use Permit] Landmark Companies Inc/Edward Ricks, authorized agent/owner, request construction of a 6,600 SF service repair station with outdoor storage and convenience store on 1.44 acres located at 3142 South Hwy 89/91 in the Commercial Services (CS) zone; TIN 03-013-0009 IV.
