- Notice of the Work Meeting Agenda of the PLANNING COMMISSION OF LAYTON, UTAH FOR Tuesday, June 26, 2018 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of Layton, Utah, will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, 437 North Wasatch Drive, Layton, Utah, at 7:00 p.m. A work meeting is scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. for review of the following agenda items: AGENDA ITEM # WORK MEETING DISCUSSION TIME ITEM 1. 6:00 - 6:15 pm Loomis Rezone 2. 6:15 - 6:30 pm Alvey Rezone 3. 6:30 - 6:40 pm Wasatch Integrated Waste Management District - Annexation and Rezone 4. 6:40 - 6:45 pm LDS Church Seminary - Conditional Use 5. 6:45 - 6:50 pm Richmond American Homes - Conditional Use 6. 6:50 - 6:55 pm Century Communities - Conditional Use ADJOURNMENT
