Description/Agenda: Nibley City Hall 455 West 3200 South Nibley The NIBLEY CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $247,127 residence would increase from $210.40 to $226.58, which is $16.18 per year. - The NIBLEY CITY tax on a $247,127 business would increase from $382.55 to $411.96, which is $29.41 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, NIBLEY CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.71% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
