- A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items F. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: June 11, 2018 Town Council Minutes G. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. FIREWORKS DISCUSSION. Chief Dan Benson. The Council will hold a discussion on the upcoming fireworks for Brian Head. 2. PAROWAN CANYON TRAIL DISCUSSION. Mayor Clayton Calloway. The Council will hold a discussion on a multi-use trail from Parowan to Brian Head. 3. POP UP VENDORS AND MOBILE FOOD VENDOR DISCUSSION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will hold a discussion on potential changes to the business license code as it relates to mobile food vendors and temporary businesses. 4. RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE CONSOLIDATED FEE SCHEDULE. Wendy Dowland, Public Works Assistant. The Council will consider a resolution amending the Consolidated Fee Schedule. 5. ORDINANCE & RESOLUTIONS AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2018 BUDGETS FOR THE TOWN, RDA, SSD, MBA. Cecilia Johnson, Town Treasurer. The Council/Board will amend the fiscal year 2018 budgets for the Town, Redevelopment Agency, Municipal Building Authority and Special Service District. 6. POTENTIAL FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential future agenda items H. ADJOURNMENT
