Call to Order 2. Invocation by Invitation 3. 6:00 PM Scheduled Item 3.1 Variance SIGN VARIANCE (CARILLON SQUARE) - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a variance to replace a 31-foot sign (containing 284 square feet) lost as part of the University Parkway widening project with a 30-foot tall sign (containing 275 square feet) eight (8) feet behind the new property line (two feet behind the sidewalk) located at 347 East University Parkway in the C2 zone. The item was continued last month to give the property owner more time to show why they needed the variance. (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.2 Variance SIGN VARIANCE (GARFF HONDA) - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a variance to replace a 20-foot sign (containing 200 square feet) lost as part of the University Parkway widening project with a 20-foot tall sign (containing 275 square feet) 3'-8' south of the current location to a 5'-3' setback located at 195 East University Parkway in the C2 zone. (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.3 Variance SITE PLAN VARIANCE (SUNRISE SQUARE) - The applicant requests the Board of Adjustment grant a variance to remove the front setback and waive the landscaping and sidewalk requirements at 1901 North State in the C2 zone.
