Description/Agenda: Public Notice The Francis City Council will hold a public hearing on July 12th, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. in the Francis City Community Center, located at 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. The purpose of the hearing is to review a conditional use permit application for an accessory apartment above a garage at 596 Spruce Way, Francis, UT. The public is welcome to attend and make comment. Published in the Summit County News June 29th, 2018. The proposed subdivision includes 11 single family lots on 10 acres, parcels #FT-11-A and #FT-11-B. The public is welcome to attend and make comment.
