NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
Town of Apple Valley
The Town of Apple Valley is proposing to increase its property tax revenue.
-The Town of Apple Valley tax on a $235,000 residence would increase from $171.77 to $292.49, which is $120.72 per year.
-The Town of Apple Valley tax on a $235,000 business would increase from $312.32 to $531.81, which is $219.49 per year.
-If the proposed budget is approved, Town of Apple Valley would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 70.34% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
