- Riverton City Invitation for Bid # CC18-348 2018 Asphalt Roadway Patching Project 12600 South and 11800 South Riverton City is conducting an Invitation for Bid for the 2018 Asphalt Roadway Patching Project. Work includes: Asphalt roadway milling, removal, and replacement, including traffic control, of deficient areas on 12600 South between Bangerter Highway and 4570 West, and on 11800 South between 2700 West and 3600 West. Bids will be due by 2:00 pm on July 10, 2018 and may be turned in at the Purchasing Office, located at 12830 South 1700 West, Riverton, Utah 84065, or may be submitted electronically at bid.submittal@rivertoncity.com. Bids submitted after this time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened and read aloud at approximately 2:01 pm. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany each bid. Riverton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
