- PUBLIC NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF PLEASANT VIEW CITY, UTAH June 21, 2018 Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Pleasant View, Utah will hold a Public Meeting in the city office at 520 West Elberta Dr. in Pleasant View, Utah on Thursday, June 21, 2018, commencing at 5:40 PM. The agenda consists of the following: Business: 5:40 P.M. 1. Discussion and possible action to grant an Off-Premises Beer License to Trigon, convenience store, located at 1584 W 2700 N. 5:45 P.M. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve a lawsuit settlement payment in the amount of $16,500 (50% of the total settlement amount) to Thomas and Joy Bartlett for certain utility lines installed on their lot outside the utility easement noted on the Evergreen Phase 6 Plat. 6:00 P.M. 3. The City Council is invited to the Planning Commission's meeting to discuss changes to the Zoning Ordinance, including Form-based Code and other related matters. Adjournment In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons needing auxiliary services for these meetings should call the Pleasant View City Office at 801-782-8529, at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
