- Public Hearing to receive input on the published proposed amendments to Title 10, Land Use Regulations of the Alta Code. Regular Planning Commission Meeting 1) Introduction and welcome from the Chair. 2) Approval of minutes from the April 24, 2018, Planning Commission meeting. 3) Planning Commission to discuss with possible action a recommendation to forward the proposed zoning amendments to the Alta Town Council. 4) Planning Commission to hear a presentation on the Dark Sky Initiative by Dark Sky Salt Lake City. 5) Discussion of Commission priorities for the remainder of 2018. 6) New Business from the Commission. 7) Date of next meeting. 8) Motion to adjourn. Alta Town Council members are invited to the meeting; as such there may be a quorum of the Town Council. Reasonable accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) for individuals with disabilities may be provided upon receipt of a request with three (3) working days' notice.
