AGENDA SIGURD TOWN BOARD MEETING WEDNESDAY, JUNE 20, 2018 7:00 P.M. Notice is hereby given that the Sigurd Town Council will meet on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at the Sigurd Town Hall, 595 North State Street, which meeting will begin at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: Opening remarks 1. Meeting called to order by Mayor Kelly Alvey 2. Minutes of Meeting held May 2, 2018, to be approved and/or amended by the council 3. Opening of Bids for Sigurd Town Chip Seal Road Project 4. Citizens Requests Kayla Bullard Clyde Dean and Patricia Jacobson - Annexation Petitioon 5. Bills and Finances 6. Department Reports Parks and Cemeteries: Water: Roads: Electronic speed limit signs Fire: Office: 7 Adopt Public Entity Resolution, authorizing users for PTIF accounts 8. Motion to open 2017-2018 Budget for revenue and expenditure adjustments as necessary in the general fund, enterprise funds, capital project 9. Hearing for public comment on proposed 2018-209 budget, final Discussion and Adoption, by resolution of the 2018-2019 budget and certified tax rate 10. Mayor Kelly Alvey - All other business that needs to be taken care of 11. Adjourn
