- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING June 20, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting June 20, 2018 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 p.m. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Approval of May 16, 2018 City Council minute 2. Business License 3. City Attorney change 4. Public hearing - A. Open the Huntington City 2017-2018 fiscal budget to make necessary adjustments. B. Budget consideration of the Huntington City for the FY 2018-2019 C. Open the Huntington City Municipal Building Authority 2017-2018 fiscal budget to make necessary adjustments. D. Budget Consideration of the Huntington City Municipal Building Authority for FY 2018-2019. 5. Budget Resolutions: 6-2018,7 -2018, 8-2018, 9-2018 6. Resolution 10-2018 Certified Tax Rate Resolution 7. Resolution 11-2018 A Resolution Amending the Employees Handbook 8. Movement of North Hill 9. Purchase of new truck 10. Dog kennel ordinance 11. Fire Department clothing allowance, approval 12. Approval for Planning & Zoning to create ordinances on Vacation Rentals, Tiny Homes, Mother in Law Quarters, and Storage Units. 13. Approval or changes to Huntington City Code Chapter 5 14. City Claims and Review of Financials Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting.
