CITY OF HOLLADAY Design Review Board Meeting Thursday June 21st 2018 9:30 am Mt. Olympus Room - 4580 S 2300 E Agenda 1. Call meeting to order and welcome 2. Solstice Holladay Condominiums - corner of Laney and 2225 East Applicant, Solstice Homes, will present a residential design concept before the DRB. This concept conceptual design will be discussed in general terms for design guidance before the applicant will finalize design elements for formal presentation. - no recommendation will be made at this meeting 3. Miscellaneous Business - next meeting date 4. Adjourn On Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 10:30 am a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
