- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING JULY 19, 2018 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, July 19, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to annex and rezone approximately 20.624 acres from 'A' (Agriculture) to 'M-1' (Light Manufacturing/Industrial). The property is located at approximately 3404 North 650 East. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Council meeting. Public comments are welcomed. If you desire further information, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 336-3780.
