HYRUM CITY COUNCIL MEETING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A REGULAR MEETING OF THE HYRUM CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS, 60 WEST MAIN, HYRUM, UTAH AT 6:30 P.M., JUNE 21, 2018. THE PROPOSED AGENDA IS AS FOLLOWS: 1. ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER 3. WELCOME 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 5. INVOCATION 6. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 7. AGENDA ADOPTION 8. PUBLIC COMMENT 9. SCHEDULED DELEGATIONS: A. Leon Savage - To request approval for an agricultural pressurized irrigation connection at approximately 900 West between Center and 100 South (approximately 25 acres). B. Jake Thompson, Cobblecreek Townhomes - To request Concept Plan approval Cobblecreek Townhomes PUD located at approximately 230 North 800 East consisting 5 triplexes, 3 fourplexes, and 2 commercial sites on 3 acres. C. Troy Kartchner, Elk Mountain Planned Unit Development - To request adjustment to the construction schedule for City required amenities and approval of minor adjustments to Phases 8 and 9 Site Plan. D. Brent Haslam - To request concept plan approval for a five-lot single-family dwelling subdivision at 100 South 700 East. E. Ron Salvesen, Hyrum City - To request site plan approval for a new fire station apparatus building at approximately 40 North 100 West. 10. INTRODUCTION AND APPROVAL OF RESOLUTIONS AND ORDINANCES: A. Resolution 18-14 - A resolution amending the 2017-2018 General Fund, Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Electric Fund, Irrigation Fund, Storm Water Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and Library Trust Fund Operating Budgets. B. Resolution 18-15 - A resolution establishing the Municipal Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal 2018-2019. C. Resolution 18-16 - A resolution approving and adopting the Fiscal 2018-2019 Operating Budgets for Hyrum City's General Fund, Culinary Water Fund, Sewer Fund, Electric Fund, Irrigation Water Fund, Storm Water Fund, Capital Projects Fund, and Library Trust Fund. D. Ordinance 18-05 - An Ordinance amending Chapter 2.12, Section 2.12.010 of the Hyrum City Municipal Code, to provide for adjustments in the salaries of officers and employees of Hyrum City. E. Resolution 18-17 - A resolution authorizing users to access the Public Treasurers Investment Fund. F. Ordinance 18-06 - An ordinance amending the Municipal Zoning Map and Annexing Certain Real Property and Extending the Corporate Limits of Hyrum City, Utah (HYRUM SOUTH EAST ANNEXATION). G. Ordinance 18-07 - An ordinance amending the Municipal Zoning Map and Annexing Certain Real Property and Extending the Corporate Limits of Hyrum City, Utah (SIMMONS ANNEXATION). 11. OTHER BUSINESS: A.
