CALL TO ORDER

Business Items
Lincoln Berthold - Discussion and possible action of path forward for development of newly contracted 40-acre parcel acquired from Daggett County RDA. Possible to follow State Code to proceed.
Discussion - Recommendations from Town attorney regarding needed actions and required documents to comply with current code and ordinances. PnZ additional work meetings discussion.
Discussion and possible action - Recommendation from the Town attorney - it would be appropriate for the Town to issue a moratorium to allow the completion of all ordinances, Master Plan and documents etc to bring all Town Planning and Zoning current.
1. Work Meeting - Review of Planning and Zoning Ordinance Chapter 6
2. Review of chapters 1 - 6 changes and corrections - make these chapters and edits final and available for Town Council and public review.
Review and document changes, additions and corrections into draft document.

Planning Commission may modify the agenda order, if necessary. This agenda may be subject to change up to 24 hours prior to the meeting.
