- MEADOW TOWN CORP. ________________________________________ Pursuant to the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act, public notice is hereby given that Meadow Town Council will hold its monthly meeting on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 7:15 pm at the Meadow Fire Station. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Review and approve May 2018 minutes 2. Accounting reports Discussion and Possible Adoption of Purchasing Policy Resolution Discussion and Possible Adoption of PTIF Funds Authorized Representatives Resolution 3. Administrative Discussion and Possible Adoption of Council Compensation Resolution 4. Water Department Discussion of LDS Church Meter 5. Electric Department Discussion and Possible Adoption of IPA Alternative Repowering Resolution 6. Road Department 7. Park and Cemetery Departments Discussion of Job Descriptions 8. CERT 9. Fire Department 10. Planning and Zoning 11. Building Permits 12. Other Business - Discussion and Possible Adoption of Waste Disposal Fee Resolution - Surplus Items - Fillmore City Library Donation - Notice of Non-compliance Filing for Williams' Property - Other business as necessary 13. Closed portion pursuant to Utah Code annotated 54-4-4 & 5 Lynette Bond Clerk
