Mayor Allred asked Aaron Bronson (who was in the audience) if he would be willing to be on that committee. The Mayor also said he would talk with Marvin Allred about being on the committee as well so that if one or two individuals had to miss a meeting, there would still be a quorum. 8. Other Councilmembers have had the same complaint and there was some discussion about the situation. Mayor Allred said he would talk to Kelly Bronson about this. It was also suggested that we have a 'work project' for the park to get the citizens' involved as well. Cemetery Department Mayor Allred asked about this situation. Terry Allred reported he has been doing all the record keeping, digging the graves, mowing, etc. The Committee is not functioning properly.
