BLUFFDALE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA June 15, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the Bluffdale City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting Wednesday, June 20, 2018, at 6:30 PM at the Bluffdale City Hall, 2222 West 14400 South, Bluffdale, Utah. Notice is further given that access to this meeting by Planning Commissioners may be by electronic means by telephonic conference call. The Agenda will be as follows. Please note that all times listed on the Agenda are provided as a courtesy and are approximate and subject to change. PLANNING COMMISSION BUSINESS MEETING 6:30 PM 1. Invocation and Pledge. 2. Public comment (for non-public hearing items). 3. Approval of minutes from March 21, 2018, April 4, 2018, and June 6, 2018 meetings of the Planning Commission. Administrative Items 4. CONSIDERATION AND VOTE on a site plan application (Application 2018-16) for two new buildings and additional parking for Lots 5 and 8 (14477 and 14442 South Center Point Way) of the Center Point Business Park. 3KH Dev, applicant, Caitlyn Miller, staff presenter. 5. CONSIDERATION AND VOTE on a recommendation for a proposed plat amendment (Application 2018-17) at Lot 2 (14548 South Center Point Way) of the Center Point Business Park to create four (4) condominium units within the existing building. CoCo INV, LLC, applicant, Caitlyn Miller, staff presenter. 6. CONSIDERATION AND VOTE on a proposed Site Plan for the Saddleback Pointe commercial development in the GC-1 General Commercial Zone located at 13851 South 2700 West, Howland Partners Inc., applicant. Jennifer Robison, staff presenter. Legislative Items 7. PUBLIC HEARING, CONSIDERATION, AND VOTE on proposed amendments to the Bluffdale City Land Use Ordinance, Title 11, Chapter 11, Special Purpose and Overlay Zones, to create a new zoning ordinance chapter and map designation, SD-X Bringhurst Station, for 94.52 acres with the associated Project Plan including, but not limited to: commercial and residential densities and uses, parks, open spaces, trails, public and private streets, and design standards located at approximately 16361 S.
