REGULAR SESSION A. CALL TO ORDER & WELCOME B. INVOCATION AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by Council Member Bangerter C. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - June 5, 2018 D. PUBLIC COMMENTS 1. Presentation of Trust Accountability Award from the Utah Local Governments Trust 2. Consider Benjamin Emmertsen's failure to adhere to the conditions given to him by the City Council when a conditional use was granted on September 5, 2017 for Sunset Auto Body to sell used automobiles and park vehicles on the adjoining property to the north of Sunset Auto Body 3. Resolution 2018-16 approving an addendum to the Development Agreement for the Sunset Place Townhouses, PUD to allow the installation of a lift station for the final 16 units of the development and to add a disclaimer for any ownership or liability to service, maintain or repair said lift station by Sunset City 4. Consider Resolution 2018-17 amending the Fiscal Year 2019 General Fund Budget 5. Consider Resolution 2018-18 adopting the Certified Tax Rate of 0.001766 6. Mayor, Council and Department Head reports
