- AGENDA Mapleton City Council Meeting Wednesday, June 20, 2018 Regular Session at 7:00 p.m. Mapleton City Council Chambers, 125 West 400 North, Mapleton, Utah 84664 CALL TO ORDER-INVOCATION- PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE ---- MAYOR'S COMMENTS PUBLIC FORUM: Members of the audience may bring to the attention of the Mayor and Council any item that is not on the agenda. Please sign in. Speakers are generally given two to three minutes, at the discretion of the Mayor, to address the Council. State law prohibits the Council from acting on items that do not appear on the agenda. The Mayor reserves the right to amend the order of the agenda items and to delete items no longer required for consideration. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: 1. Approval of City Council meeting minutes- June 6, 2018 PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS: 2. Consideration of a Resolution to adopt amendments to the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 budget. Debbie Sanchez, Finance Director 3. Consideration of a Resolution to adopt the Certified Tax Rate for Fiscal Year 2018-2019. Debbie Sanchez, Finance Director 4. Consideration of a Resolution to approve interfund transfers from enterprise funds to other funds and to adopt the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget and Positions list. Debbie Sanchez, Finance Director ACTION ITEMS: 5. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing individuals to make changes to Mapleton City's Public Treasurer Investment Funds. Debbie Sanchez, Finance Director 6. Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Interlocal Agreement with Utah County for the provision of library services in Mapleton. Camille Brown, City Recorder MAYOR, COUNCIL AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS ADJOURNMENT FROM REGULAR SESSION CLOSED MEETING: Mapleton City Council may adjourn the regular meeting and convene into a closed session pursuant to ยง52-4-205, as provided by Utah Code.
